Automatically Logged Information

When you visit the AtlasGuru website, our hosted servers collect basic technical information necessary to maintain the connection with and functionality of your browser, ensure the proper operation of our site, and detect abuses such as attempts to overwhelm our servers (for example, DDoS attacks).

Pursuant to California Civil Code §1798.140(d)(1) and §1798.145(a)(7), AtlasGuru may be exempt from certain requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act. However, upon request, we will delete your or your organization’s information from our records if you do not enter into a business relationship with us.

EU Residents
AtlasGuru does not actively market or target individuals located in the European Union. To the extent that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, AtlasGuru processes personal data only when it is voluntarily provided by users and with their consent, in accordance with GDPR Article 7.

All information is collected directly from users. AtlasGuru processes such information solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
